Singles of Faith Dating Service Open
Well some interesting news, another christian dating service has sprung up an announcement came on the 24th. I took at look at the site and have contacted the owners to see if they would provide some first hand information on their services.. so we shall see if I can get you a headsup from the owners. Personally and this is just my opinion the overall design as something to be desired, it could be a lot better. I am not sure I would have annouced its launch in till it had more of a wow factor to it. Personally After a review of the site when I logged in I found the navigation bad and amateur, potentially the profiles inside might be made up.. if you think this doesn"t happen just look at the news concerning match.com and yahoo who have been accused of making up profiles to get people in. I really am not sure.. Overall though I am not keen on this look of this service, there is no chat, forum inside or private messaging options that I could see in the preview mode.
Now you can only chat with people if you fill out their complete profile.

You can preview the site all it requires is to fill out a small form where they ask for gender, name, password, email, city, state, zip, who you want to meet and birthdate. It look as though its restricted to the USA only.

It does look like they are going to be providing workshops but no details as of yet as to dates, locations or such.

mike mccartney is a fraud … he has taken his rights license from equally yoked and is using their member listings as well as office locations and is presenting them as his own now under the name singles of faith. He does not have a positive professional relationship with his previous company, equally yoked, nor with another previous company inside contacts which sued him for illegal use and abuse of representations.
CORRECT … most of the ‘members’ listed in the singles of faith database are padded members who no longer are single or in the system and most who do not know they are being being currently listed. He ‘manages’ the database by responding with a currently not available status that, of course, cannot be confirmed because he manages the database.
He has a reputation of sleeping around with christian women looking for the perfect ‘godly’ woman to assist him in this ‘singles ministry’. He IS NOT welcomed by many of the local churches in the phoenix area including his original home church of scottsdale bible church and north phoenix baptist church where he was banned from their singles activities because of questionable approaches to singles attending their singles activities.
To verify this info, contact the home office of equally yoked in dallas tx or the local churches mentioned regarding his singles history.
This guy is to be avoided at all costs if you want to maintain a christian witness within any community.

SinglesOfFaith.Com is a fraud – I paid 19.00 to find out that there is no one running the company.
If you send an email to them you will get no response, there is not many people in your area – it is a lie and they just take your money and you get nothing but a company that appears to be real but is not – if you still decide to try it – pay with a credit card so at least when you realize you have been riped off – you have recorse.

(i smile because, though i’m disheartened by false and misleading blog contributions like the above, we can all take joy that flawless justice will come from our ultimate Judge, the Lord Himself, so, though we will have to wait a few years, I am ultimately heartened
this comment is directed to the blogmaster, and my request is that it not be published. (Jesus set the standard for us to not be about trying to defend ourselves down here on Earth.) I have no desire to publicly defame pat (though i do not know who he/she is.) We can, hopefully, leave that to unbelievers.
my single request … would you please contact pat lewis above and invite her to sit down with me (and her pastor/pastors/elders/whomever) together as brother and sister in Christ to get to the bottom of her comments and concerns ?
our Lord is the One defamed, if indeed, SinglesOfFaith.Com is genuinely from Him, directed by Him and impacting the Kingdom with Him.
