Default Changing my signature.

Although, to me anyway, my signature is a testimony of my faith - without God, I can achieve nothing, but with God, anything is possible, it seems to have caused a degree of confusion on another site. So much so, that the moderator actually removed it and told me it was offensive! Lol! Although I can laugh about it now, I was so mad, I came within a hair's whisker of kissing them goodbye and told him so in no uncertain terms!

Thus said, in the book which I am self-publishing, In Him I Place My Trust (it'll come out some time next year) after a couple of quotations, I added my signature but then thought people might not read the CANNOT in the second line, so altered it to: Without God, I am nothing That must surely be obvious to anyone.
Having said that, can anybody think of a passage in the Bible which endorses that? I have skimmed through the book of proverbs, but surely someone, somewhere in the Bible would have said something along those lines. Thanking you in anticipation, Fred.

Oh that is Hilarious!!! are you serious? they removed it? Geesh.. I wonder what Police they were.... The Doctrine Police, The Heretic Police, The " I KNOW WHATS TRUTH " police lol..

Did they explain Why he said it was Offensive.. ??

You dont need the BIBLE to Endorse things, only if you want to get peoples approval.

The Bible is not in my mind what determines what is and is not

Simply Put... IF GOD IS EVERYTHING...

EVERY THING

You... are one of many THINGS

Problem is you could never be in a position to be WITHOUT God

Sure some will say you can, but that is because they dont really beleive that God is EVERYTHING, only a few things and only in a few places as he so chooses fit or as the Doctrine police so chooses fit.

The Only way you could be WITHOUT GOD is.. if GOD was NOT everything, but less than...

Which would be to try and reduce God to being a LESSER GOD

I get the message loud and clear - it is not other people's approval I seek - there is only one person who's approval I seek, and that is the one whom I wish to serve - the one who's son died personally for my sins.

I wouldn't have minded had he pm'd me and said: "Fred, some people are misreading you signature - can you change it, please?" But to tell me he'd done it without consulting me first, well! Lol! That's why Im not going to lose any sleep over it. I might revert it back to how I had it in the book originally. In fact, I'd be quite happy to have it on my headstone - it me 100% - to hell with what the others think or don't think. In fact, my mind is made up - I WILL [i]back to it in my book! As you say - I don't need a biblical quotation - God knows what I mean even if nobody else does!
