Default How does your garden grow?

I thought it might be nice to share what everyone's growing in their gardens.

I have a collection of Orchids, Plumeria trees, Gardenias, Roses, various Geraniums, hydrangeas, tropical trees, and shrubs.

For flowering plants, I am a huge fan of Miracle Gro's Bloombuster fertilizer. I believe it makes the difference between a nice plant to a beautiful plant. Leaves are lush and you'll be rewarded with an abundance of blooms.

I grow Jesus seeds and then get a Harvest!

Sowing seeds for the Lord equals good stewardship.

Be careful with seeds that grow on rocks, they are carried off into the wind and never make it.

Connie!

I love your site. I wish I knew how to create one.

I really don't have much to say.

All I do is babble and put my foot in my mouth.

To be honest I love flowers, but hate gardening. What I would love to be able to do is scatter seeds in my garden and just watch them grow in two days and weeds are forbidden to enter the garden!

Gardening isn't for everyone. I love to garden but I hate to pull weeds, blech! It's been so cold lately that my flowering trees are going into dormancy soon. They won't require any watering until March or April.

My Orchids are beginning to flower now. By Feb and Mar they should be in full bloom.

This is the kind of gardening I'd like to do, too. Planting is so-so, watching things grow and burst into color is fascinating. But then the weeds start... ick! We've been doing only flowers but I'd really like to grow some veggies in the spring. I'd be satisfied with onions and tomatoes... maybe some green beans. Garden tomatoes can't be beat!

I try to grow tomatoes each year, the tastiest variety I think is "Gardener's Delight". But they do take a while to ripen so you need plenty of sun!

You sound like a pro tomato grower mate!!!!.....I'm what you call a lazy vegie/fruit grower......my dad grows the produce and I partake of the results!!.....

My husband reckons, that in the future when he is a 'retired' farmer...he'll have a very productive vegie patch....full of, zucchinis, pumpkin, tomatoes etc.........we shall see......

Hi ya there 'Boobook' .....I'm going to name you 'Boris'......
