Still no e-mail in answer to my question (from Nestle) and I haven't been to the grocery store since the last post. I'll go tomorrow, which is my usual shopping day. V |

Wellllll, - Let's see - where to start... I did go to the grocery store on Saturday and looked the the product that most closely resembles what you described. It's made by the same company and gives you a frothy head on a cup o' Joe. The only ingredient that I could find that didn't immediately say, "yea, that belongs in here," was disodium phosphate. When I got home, I looked it up on the 'net and it's an ingredient in shampoo and cleaners. So - my advice? Buy a cappuccino maker with a frother/steamer on it and you can have a great cup fresh whenever you want it and it'll be a fraction of the price of instant. I DID get a reply from Nestle. I don't have your email address, so I'll just post it below. Sorry I couldn't be more help. V Quote:

Hi Dave,
Yup, I think maybe you shud just get a coffee machine! (I picked up mine for around only R200 with a milk frother!:-) But...Ideally, (one day...when i grow up!?) I want one of them Nestle Instant Coffee Vending machines! They make great coffee! http://www.nestlefoodservices.co.za/.../5/LIONESS.jpg ...but in the mean time, i guess we'll just have to shake the milk bottle till then!? ![]() |
