well…the bad thing is that I wasn’t able to buy the album itunes denied me access to buy it because im in Canada ( tell me.. does that make sense?, like just charge my card in usa funds.. is it really that hard.. dum dums! ) So they send me to canada store for itunes and its not available there.. AHhhhhhhhhhh… So you folk in usa consider yourself lucky! 
Hard to describe his music go check it out either on itunes or on myspace see if you can listen to no.9 its awesome. The guy has a very good voice, and their is lots of guitar.. overall though I just find the type of music I would listen to a lot in my car driving.. its awesome.. ahhhhh.. I was hoping to get it for my ipod to listen on the plane.. oh well..
BIO
Jonathan salas has accomplished a lot in his music career for an 18 year old. In 2004 he gained national attention at the gospel music associations music in the rockies in estes park colorado where he and his band won top honors as the spotlight band grand prize winner. Jonathan aslo won 2nd and 3d place in the pop/rock songwriting competition with check out #9 and summers fade, while receiving rave reviews from professional songwriters. In addition jonathans guitar playing won second place in the overal instrumental competiton.
Theese accolades caught the attention of several major record labels. In 2005 he signed a recording contract with provident label group, in 2006 he released a four song EP produced by peter kipley ( mercy me )
When asked about his love for music, hes says, He didnt choose music, music chose him.. he started playing piano when he was 4 and at 8 he played drums for his church and then at 12 he picked up the guitar and lead worship at 14 and by 16 he was traveling his band on the weekends all over south texas.
