Dove Award-nominated rocker Krystal Meyers has spent much of 2006 gracing the covers of magazines (Nylon Magazine Japan, Bounce Magazine, Brio Magazine), appearing on television (MTV Japan, "The Logan Show"), and taking her music halfway around the world, to Japan. Now Meyers is taking her music to prime-time as her song "Together," from her second album, Dying For A Heart (Essential) , is scheduled to be used by NBC to promote its new hit drama "Heroes" via television and radio spots over the coming weeks. "Heroes" airs Mondays on NBC at 9 PM ET.

"I am so excited that NBC selected my song ’Together’ to be a part of their new show ’Heroes’," comments an excited Meyers. "As soon as my record label told me I freaked out! It’s an awesome opportunity and I am very thankful for it."

Barry Bowers, who plays a six-string electric violin and specializes in Christian music, has
released a new album, "Think On These Things." The album has a very soothing and contemplative character, and contains unique combinations of various instruments as background accompaniment to Barry’s electric violin.

earBuzz.com says of Bowers’s album: "Barry Bowers has assembled 10 instrumental violin pieces with various accompaniment - from vibraphone to harpsichord, piano to strings - all performed by Bowers on various synthesizers. The focus here is on Bowers’ violin playing - and to that end uses an electrified instrument that can vary in tone to include the deep warm lines of a viola to the bright and articulate violin. ’Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus’ is a slow-paced and melodic journey that includes bell-like percussive chording and the timbre of an English horn. Electric Violinist Barry Bowers Releases Christian Album

Modern rock band Monday Morning have begun recording for their second album, expected for release in mid-2007.

Monday Morning’s national debut album, Fool’s Paradise, released in February this year, earned a No. 1 on the CHR chart for an entire month with its second single "Wonder Of It All," which gained international radio play across Europe and Australia, and was the most requested song for over a month on South Africa’s premiere radio station, 5FM. The single is still receiving consistent radio play across the US.

Monday Morning 2007 Album
