Esus
Still I will praise You,
D2 A2 Esus D2
still I will praise You.

I have been touched deeply by your new song “Never Let Go,” and I just wanted to thank you for letting God work through you by worshipping Him and leading others to worshipping Him.

Thank you so much! Life saver! :) I am not very educated in guitar – but you offered all I need – to look, to imitate, to pause, replay, imitate, etc., the lyrics – I think I’m ready now to go lead 400 homeless men in worship at Pacific Garden Ministry in Chi-town tomorrow night! Thank you! And may God continue to bless you as you help us Hapless Haddies and Hals to figure out how to be somewhat coordinated and not distract from worship times! God is good!

I love that song, “You Never Let Go.” you definitly play it well, you actually kind of sound like Redman when you sing it. I confess, it is one of the songs that actually make me tear up when I hear it on the radio.
What other songs are there by Matt Redman?

    Jon:
Thanks much for this post and video. It’s great to see members of the Body in worship teaching — there is so little of it nowdays. Keep up the good work, and I’ll be looking forward to more stuff by you.

    As Always,
    In His Eternal Service,
    Pastor Don
    On-Fire Ministries

PS: Our worship team did this for the congregation this week, and it turned out awesome. Kudos!

I think the key is actually G. If you play an A Capo 2 you are playing a G chord. D Capo 2 is a C chord.

    the ’2nd ending’ is actualy

You keep on ‘loving’ and you never let go

    Singing….

    Then sing the Chorus again.

This song really speaks to my heart in a powerful way, it reminds me that God loves me so much the He never lets go of me know matter how often or how hard I try to run away from Him. I think it’s bogus that your video was removed for “terms of use violation.” all you’re doing is teaching people how to play a really great worship song and you don’t take any credit for the song. This version actually sounds pretty ‘spot on’ to the original recording by Matt Redman. God bless you for trying to teach such an amazing song!

Correction on my comment about the key. an A major chord position with a Capo on the second fret would actually be a B major chord. Then it would be Key of B. My fault!

    God bless!
