” According to him, he is merely helping people connect with the Father in the moment. “When I share these songs in concert I think I’m encouraging people to do that,†says Keaggy. “And that is what worship is, you know, loving God, thanking God in the moment, and expressing it with what you have at that time—with the voice you have or the tools you have in your hands. That’s where I am. And it’s not like I get on stage, plug in and boom, I’m worshiping. I’m basically doing my job, and then somehow at, at some point, I get the sense that it is going up to God.
