There has been a lot of buzz and dispute around this effects pedal. It is called the Hum DeBugger and it is new from the company Electro-Harmonix. They say it ads complete silence to your signal chain, so does it?

Basically it is meant to eliminate any hum that you get from any audio source that you have instead of using a noise gate or a suppresor which is what most people use. So question is, does it? Anyone tried this out yet?
